Trip Highlights
The Itinerary
Arrive at Barcelona–El Prat Airport and transfer privately to your boutique hotel. Check in, freshen up, and step outside — because Barcelona in the evening is a world unto itself. An optional welcome meetup gives the group a chance to connect over a glass of something cold before the next four days begin in earnest.
A guided morning taking in the exterior of the Sagrada Família — Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece and one of the most extraordinary buildings on earth — alongside other Gaudí highlights across the city. From there, a walk through the Gothic Quarter: Barcelona's ancient Roman and medieval core, where narrow stone lanes open suddenly into sun-drenched plazas. The afternoon is yours — shop, eat, explore, or simply sit with a vermouth and watch the city move.
A day trip down the coast to Sitges — a gorgeous whitewashed seaside town just 35 minutes from Barcelona. Cobblestone streets lined with bougainvillea, clear Mediterranean water, seafront promenades, and some of the best seafood on the Catalan coast. Free time to explore, beach, browse the markets, or find a terrace overlooking the sea. The evening back in Barcelona is yours — for nightlife, tapas, or wherever the night takes you.
The morning is all hands and fire — a proper paella cooking class with a local instructor. You'll learn the real technique, the sofrito, the socarrat, the whole thing. Lunch is the meal you just made, which makes it taste even better. In the afternoon, a curated city-based cava tasting featuring some of Spain's finest sparkling wines — the ideal way to spend an afternoon in Barcelona. Evening is free for your own exploration.
After breakfast, airport transfers are coordinated based on your departure times. One last walk down Las Ramblas, one final cortado on a sunny terrace, and carry Barcelona with you — the architecture, the food, the warmth of it all. Until next time.
