Payments
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Installment plans may be available depending on the trip timeline. Final payment is due prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before departure: Payments beyond deposit may transfer to a future trip within 12 months.
- 31-59 days before departure: 50% forfeited.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% forfeited
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Global Travel Unlocked does not provide travel insurance
and is not responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen events. Travelers should select a provider independently.
Accommodations & Rooming
Trip pricing is generally based on double occupancy. Solo travelers may be paired. Private rooms may be available at an additional cost.
