Payments
A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Installment plans may be available depending on the trip timeline. Final payment is due prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are nonrefundable. More than 60 days: payments beyond deposit may transfer to a future trip within 12 months. 30–59 days: 50% forfeited. Less than 30 days: 100% forfeited.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Global Travel Unlocked does not provide travel insurance
and is not responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen events. Travelers should select a provider independently.
Accommodations & Rooming
Trip pricing is generally based on double occupancy. Solo travelers may be paired. Private rooms may be available at an additional cost.
