What is included in the trip price?
Accommodations, curated experiences listed in the itinerary, local hosts or guides where applicable, select group meals (as listed), and on-trip coordination and support from Global Travel Unlocked.
What is not included?
Flights, travel insurance, most lunches and dinners unless specified, personal expenses, and optional activities not listed in the itinerary.
Do I book my own flight?
Yes. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights. We provide recommended arrival and
departure windows so everyone arrives on time.
Can I make payments instead of paying in full?
Yes. Installment payment plans are available. A nonrefundable deposit secures your spot, with
scheduled payments leading up to the final balance due before departure.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are nonrefundable because they secure your space and allow us to make commitments with hotels and local partners.
Does Global Travel Unlocked operate flights and hotels directly?
Global Travel Unlocked partners with carefully selected third-party providers such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators. While we curate each experience and coordinate the trip details, these services are operated independently by their respective providers. We work closely with trusted partners to ensure quality, but each provider is responsible for delivering their specific service.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes — travel sometimes requires flexibility. Global Travel Unlocked reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary due to weather, local conditions, availability, operational needs, or to enhance the overall group experience. If any meaningful changes are needed, we’ll communicate updates to travelers as early as possible.
Do I have to share a room?
Trip pricing is generally based on double occupancy. Solo travelers are paired with another guest when possible. Private rooms may be available for an additional cost depending on the trip.
Are these trips adults only?
Yes. Global Travel Unlocked trips are designed for adults and are not suitable for children
What documents do I need to travel?
Travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond their return date. Visa requirements vary by destination and are the traveler’s responsibility.
