The Itinerary
Arrive at Malta International Airport (MLA) and transfer to your centrally located boutique hotel. Time to settle in, freshen up, and find your rhythm. An optional welcome meetup in the evening gives the group a chance to connect before the journey begins — low key, no agenda, just good company in one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful cities.
A guided Valletta experience covering the Upper Barrakka Gardens, Grand Harbour viewpoints, and the city's most striking historic streets. Europe's smallest capital packs an extraordinary amount of beauty into its ancient limestone walls. Free time in the afternoon for boutique shopping and café stops. The evening is yours — your GTU host will have curated rooftop bar and waterfront dining recommendations ready.
We start in Mdina — a medieval walled city so quiet they call it the Silent City. Narrow golden lanes, panoramic hilltop views, and a timeless atmosphere that feels more film set than real place. From there we head to Dingli Cliffs for some of the most dramatic coastal scenery in the Mediterranean — sea, sky, and nothing between you and the horizon.
The signature coastal cruise to Comino's famous Blue Lagoon — arguably the most photogenic stretch of water in the entire Mediterranean. Crystal turquoise water, swim stops (weather permitting), relaxed boat time, and the kind of group energy that makes a day like this feel effortless. One of those experiences everyone talks about long after the trip ends.
A round-trip ferry to Gozo — Malta's quieter, greener sister island. We take in the Victoria Citadel's fortified hilltop and scenic coastal stops before the afternoon opens up for free time at the beach or optional seaside clubs. A completely different pace and energy from Valletta, and a perfect way to spend the final full day.
A relaxed final morning before airport transfers and departure. One last coffee on a Valletta rooftop, a walk along the harbour, or simply sitting with the feeling of a week well spent. Airport transfers are coordinated based on your departure times.
